MY ROLE - Lead UX UI Designer, collaborating with a global team of 10 - PM, developers, and engineers.

PRODUCT GOALS - New
easy-to-use media tracking app with new features, notifications, messaging, error handling, and better media monitoring.

RESULTS – The new application provided a 50% improvement in ease of use, tracking ability, notifications, checking status,, overall success stats, and added capabilities.
