PRODUCT GOALS - Redesigning the IBM Business Process Manager in global usage with ease of use for sales, HR, time-tracking, and adding a process for a new Requisition for Security Services.

RESULTS - The application with new features, 80% improved usability and a new application process RFS for Security was approved and build scheduled.
