As a UX UI Designer,  I redesigned the IBM Business Process Manager, working remotely with a global team of 16 in modified agile sprints. • I started with a UX Audit based on the current demo of the application. Although it was being tested globally, and customized, there were a great many usability and performance issues. The application was also failing in any consideration of corporate branding guidelines and consistency. • My UX Audit was based on universal design guidelines, UX best practices and known user habits.
I interviewed key global users, tabulating their requests and issues, to arrive at suggested UI modifications.  Starting with concept sketches • I refined the  requirements with product managers  and discussed possibilities with developers, iterating mockups until we arrived at a set of main pages with a viable UI. • Thereafter, I created branding, high and low fidelity mockups, demos, prototypes, stylesheets,  and documentaton –  using the latest tools and working in agile sprints.
