UX UI Design for Media Transformations Application

MY ROLE & TASK - Lead UX UI designer with a team of  IT manager, scrum master, and 6 developers.

PRODUCT GOALS - Creating an admin application for requesting, sending and tracking media transformations of individual media components in client’s media packages. The application would also transport media to end-users. 

RESULTS – It had a lot of promise, fulfilled a need, and did well on user tests to facilitate and inform the media transport and modification process for major clients. But final build would have to wait for additional resources.
