MY ROLE - Principal UX UI, Product Designer working with brand manager/product owner, and admin.

PRODUCT GOALS - Designing a bi-lingual application and shopping cart for a line of health and beauty products
that would be highly usable in various countries and for various user segments.

MY PROCESS - Competitive research and evaluation of different shopping carts and
CMS; model selection, product photography, label and packaging design, and web prototypes, matching actual templates. 

RESULTS - Prototypes were were a huge success in user testing, But ultimately, the client preferred to remain with his previous hosting service, which could not support the chosen shopping cart template CMS and oncepts. However, most of the marketing materials, model photos, and design was used successfully for product marketing.
